Yes Plumbing called my 97 year old Mom to say they would come out and check her water heater for free. They then proceeded to check around and convinced her that she needed new washing machine hoses or it could flood into her condo and sold her metal hoses for $218.00 that you can buy at Lowe's for $21.96. Then they looked under her sink and told her she need new water shut off valves because if she didn't change them it could flood her kitchen. The cost to change the shut off valves was $396.00. I'm not even sure they put new valves in because it is so difficult to get under the sink where they are located. One of the valves still looks rusted which makes me think they didn't change it. I called them and told them that they took advantage of an elderly woman and they defended their prices and scare tactics. Preying on the elderly. How disgusting. It makes me sick to my stomach.
