This is a poorly run and not well monitored organization. They quoted one price and charged my credit card more when they discovered they had quoted the price for an academic tutor instead of a testing tutor for the SSAT. They charged my card more without my knowledge or consent and sent a tutor who did a very poor job covering the right material, was late for the first session and didn't show for the second one. The account manager was rambling and secretive about connecting me supervisors and management not letting me speak to anyone else. They are giving me trouble and a run around refunding the correct amount of money. DO NOT DEAL WITH VARSITY!
