I made a mortgage with them, they tell me that I do not meet all the requirements and they raise the mortgage by 1% interest. It is your mistake because if I have the self-employed receipt domiciled, which is what your system erroneously said was not in compliance and they raised my mortgage.
I have been trying to correct the error for 3 months and they do not solve it and it is difficult for me to contact people to help me solve the problem. They are always busy and they never pick up the phone or redirect you to another phone number and you end up calling 5 different numbers and nobody solves you.
It's a shame that they treat their customers like that.
