This place is a joke compared to what it used to be. The staff (guitars anyways) seem to have no knowledge. They had a PRS CE24 in the high end room tagged at 2499.99...yet they are 1999.99 literally everywhere else. I asked an employee why and he tried making something up about the pickups and saying it's a special edition or something. He went back to his computer and told me "yeah it's 1927.99". I know I'm coming across as a jerk, but this is part of why I don't buy anything from there anymore. I worked there when I was 18 and that place was magical to me. Now it seems nobody cares anymore. Shop at AMS or sweetwater instead.
