Conveient location. The room was layout was good....

Conveient location. The room was layout was good. Parking lot full the second night. I just can't rate overall experience any higher because we did not get room service during the entire two day stay. Seems to be a management oversight problem? No apparent interest or concern when mentioned this to front desk.
