Great day out for the family. You can take your own pic-nic on-site. Get there early to make the most of the day. Small train takes you around the park but doesn't stop. Last couple of visits it has been incredibly popular. Note you pay extra for this. Has playground with new adventure section. Cafe on site plus several ice cream shacks. There is a manor house where you can do brass rubbings (extra).
