I was a customer with Tidewater for 3 years and 2 months, during the COVID-19 PANDEMIC my household income was spread thin and there was a temporary loss of income, I called and asked for a deferment and was told a form would be mailed to me, well I never received a form. Secondly the processing for my reimbursement of GAP INSURANCE IS TERRIBLE through this company, and instead of the representative apologizing and offering reassurance she stated "well like I told you I'll put the request in and I don't know how long it will take to process nor the amount Thank you good bye, that was rude and sarcastic. Anyway I would never suggest anyone go through financing anything with Tidewater nor will I ever in the future. Too bad I can't rate ZERO.
