Trusting a car sales person sounds a bit trepidatious, yet my guard was let down as I gained confidence that Patrick Ruane did, indeed, have my interests and finances in mind. His knowledge and experience with leasing were what I needed, as I was upside down in my present situation. With other Volvo dealers available, I kept returning to Smythe, as Patrick had tremendous patience with the right timing, and did not allow me to rush into something.
