We recently purchased a 2011 RAV4 and had a relaxed experience with Andy Keating. Andy was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made it a painless purchase. He went beyond expectation getting the RAV ready for delivery on the coldest day of the year. We bought our first RAV4 new from Carlson in 2006 and will continue doing business with them in the future and telling our friends.
