If I could rate negative, I d choose that option. Went for an ER visit because of pressure I feel in my skull for 6 days, which constitutes an emergency to me. After waiting in the lobby for 2.5 hours, I ask the receptionist for status and estimate.... SOMETHING. She tells me she doesn t know and she can t tell me.... ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Horrible first experience. Won t be going back. Didn t help the drunk person in the lobby got more attention than my actual medical issue.
