Delwyn in Service tried to be helpful but was NOT, I work at an independent repair shop, we had an Escape with a electrical power steering problem. We took it to them because of their scan tools and factory knowledge, they recommended a steering rack, which we put in and it did NOT fix the problem. We took it back, and two weeks later they finally decide, guess, no actual diagnosis was made, that is now needed a steering module? This is a &600 piece, which we originally thought was the problem but wanted Ford's opinion, now they won't warranty a not needed steering rack and charge $2k for a problem we could have fixed for less than half of that. I think Ford & Sill-Terhar can cover a warrany job!
