What happened in this restaurant which was so good...

What happened in this restaurant which was so good a few months ago !? The service has become endless, the dishes are poorly presented (your meat seems to have been dumped on the plate, canteen plates, the piece of salad has disappeared), dishes served cold, the waitress spends her time chatting and we have l feeling of disturbing her. Really disappointed, we will have to find another grill in the area!
