We booked Spa services for 4 people, 2 having a massage and 2 facial which initially we had been told would take 45 minutes in total. On arrival this turned into 45 minutes one after another and they told us we had been mistaken. We had followed up after booking to confirm the arrangements and mentioned this. So we left without an apology as we we did not have the time to wait around for 3 hours. Sad really as we have used the service before and stayed in the lodges on holiday and enjoyed the experience.
