They lost my suit jacket. Had a discussion with the manager who promised to call me the day after. No news. Sent 3 emails. Never got an answer. Went back to discuss with the manager who promised me that the restaurant director would contact me within an hour. Never heard from him. This is absolutely not what I expected from Hotel Costes especially considering the amount of money I spend in this place!! Extremely disappointed
