I purchased 2 sets of cafe lights about 5 years ago, the sets that are sealed and never need replacement. In April I contacted them, as both sets have bulbs out, and multiple bulbs with water in them. The bulbs don't screw out, so you can't replace them. So the woman who answered told me to email with pictures of each set and the date code tag. Which I did the next day, pointing out each set and the issues with each one. They have a lifetime warranty. They ended up sending me one replacement set. So I emailed and explained that I had 2 set that should be replaced. They tried telling me that on the call and my first email only mentioned 1, which is not right I responded back with the original email. They then told me that model number was on back order. I have not received the replacement set or any response from them as of June 2nd. Now July 19th and today I emailed again and still no communication. I'll never recommend or buy anything from this company again, and I'm probably filing a complaint with the better business bureau. The company has no standard and their customer service sucks
