The atmosphere is amazing on the rooftop. I wish there were more heaters, as it started to get pretty cold (there was only one heater not near our table). I have been the nomad in the past and they changed how the foie gras chicken was presented. They used to bring the full chicken out first, and then carve it and bring some of the chicken by itself and some of it served as sides with other ingredients. I was disappointed that this changed, as we received the chicken precarved on two plates. I thought this was not ideal. I m not sure why the dark meat was not served on the same plate, as it came with the same sauces or why it wasn t served in a more creative way on the second plate. Overall, I love the nomad but it was sad to see these small touches misses.
