I've paid my loan payment for 10 months, and logged online today to make a payment, to be notified that i could no longer make online payments due to insignificant funds transfers and had to call customer service. I've never missed a payment! So I called, and was informed that they wrote my contract wrong and had updated it. Apparently they had forgotten to add tax to my loan amount. On top of it, they told me that I owed the collected amount of taxes that they had not charged me for 10 months, and that it had been due 10 days previously. I never received a letter, email or phone call about this. So now I literally owe my regular payment amount + the back payment of taxes! They will do nothing to work with me to pay this back slowly, and if i don't pay it right away, it will affect my credit score. It's ridiculous that a company can make such a big mistake and be so inflexible to work with you to correct it. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company and have had much better luck with TimeCorp.
