My experience with Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership was awful. My lease is up today May 16 2018, and they have called me over 30 times in the last month as a reminder to tell me that my lease is up and to go over my options. I have told several different Representatives that my plan is to return the car once my lease is up and that I'm not looking to purchase another vehicle at this time. Each time I told a representative this their tone changed and they were rushing me off the phone. They all informed me I didn't need to make and appointment unless I'm looking to buy another vehicle. So when I called up there today to return my vehicle I was asked, "was I interested in purchasing a new vehicle today". Once I replied No, I was told that their is only one person named RJ that deals with Lease Returns. I then asked if I can return the vehicle today and come back tomorrow to fill out what ever paper work needed to done. I was told no without and explanation. I then asked to speak to the Manager. I was then told the Manager was off today as well. I then ask if I can speak with the general manager and was told NO. I then asked can I speak to someone else in regards to this matter. I was instructed by a gentlemen that I can call another Chrysler dealership and return it there. I asked him for the number to the Verona location and was told that I would have to Google it in a very unprofessional matter. I called the Verona location and was told that they would only take my vehicle if I purchase a car from them. This dealership only gives you good customer service if you are purchasing a car. If your not making a purchase that treat you like your bothering them. I will never make another purchase from this dealership or any Chrysler Dealership again in My Life.
