After a friend of mine was treated rudely by the salesman that sold her her scooter and reading the reviews here, I won't be taking my scooter to Scooterville. My money will be spent where I'm not treated rudely. I'd like to see under which circumstances someone had a good experience with Scooterville but there aren't any positive reviews.
