Staff is always friendly. I love the rooms in the Tower. The charcoal Room's food is to die for. And the Cafe has very good food and very reasonable prices. Would love to eat at the Oyster bar but lines are always too long...but that's a good thing. The bar maids are not as friendly as I would like....but gambling is fun here. I love it.
