Oh my goodness, I could not be more pleased with my move from New York to North Carolina-and I owe it all to Jo & Richard Smith from Property Smiths Realty; they were absolutely amazing! I was concerned with how this would work being hundreds of miles apart (and not knowing these two only through a referral) but they were there for me whenever I needed them. They provided support, information, contacts, etc and never once did I feel like I was burdening them. Jo was aware of my top requirements in a home and led me to honestly the home of my dreams :-) It is obvious they love what they do and as a result we customers are the beneficiaries of their passion & expertise.
