I have used Fox Service since 1995 at two different residences. I switched from a Large Local competitor in 1995 who recommended Fox when I needed service over a weekend. I've been with them since. I like how easy it is to schedule an appointment. With their Priority One service I've always had prompt attention. I once had a recommendation to replace a furnace due to a heat exchanger leak. I called and asked for a second opinion. They sent a supervisor out who determined there was a false reading on an instrument and I was good to go for a few more years. So my point is, mistakes due happen, and Fox is not offended by getting a second opinion. Fox has even told me I didn't need to replace the AC unit at my Dad's residence after being told by ARS it needed replacement and me calling Fox to replace the 'bad' unit with a new AC. I was told it had a few more years left in it's life.
