Horrible customer service! I purchased a sweater ...

Horrible customer service! I purchased a sweater which I did not notice had a large whole from where the manufacturer missed stitches - this was obviously missed in QC. Dex refused to exchange it even though the tags were still attached and it had been unworn.

Definitely will not be buying anything from this brand in the future.
