I was asked to come back at 6pm to get a hair cut as they were full. Came back at 6pm (after waiting for over an hour) and was REFUSED a haircut because I got there to late??!?!!?!? all of this was done by the SAME person as well. So dissatisfied, would not recommend at all. Fair enough if it was too late the first time i asked, but the fact that I waited an hour and THEN was refused???
There is one of most excellent hair shop. They make good hair cut, colour and foil. Especially nice customer services !!!

Disappointing...
I went for a perm and wanted big curls. After the perm, my curls already went flat. They said after I wash it ll be ok and don't shampoo within 3 days. After 2 weeks, almost all my curls were gone. I could hardly tell the difference in my hair from 2 weeks ago compared to after the perm. I rang them up and went there a second time to get it fixed. They agreed to do it but had to look at my hair condition. They said they had to do hair treatment for me to protect my hair. It was $107. The manager claimed it was because of my hair condition that my curls went flat, not because it was their fault for doing a poor job. They claimed because I had coloured hair and some strings of grey hair, they aren't able to do big curls. What a load of excuse! I'm not a professional hairdresser but that is an odd excuse. Overall, very disappointing. If they did a good job the first time, I wouldn't need to come back a second time to do treatment, would I? Paid over $300 for a simple hair perm that is unfinished. I walked away today with small tight curls...

Each time I go there, be it a monthly trim or special occasion hair makeover, I go out of the salon with 100% satisfaction! Cindy has been my favourite hair stylist since my first haircut. Hair colouring is the most tricky part when you go to a salon. Cindy is so experienced in colouring, let her know your expectation and she'll give exactly what you want! There's nothing in the hair industry that she doesn't know! Today is another successful hair makeover day with Cindy @ Sunny Hair Studio :)

Didn t do a good job at foils, made them really thick like streaks. Tried to charge me more and more throughout session, I kept having to say no. For the price I end up paying I could ve gone to a high end salon with better results.
Love this place and the stylists! Experienced, professional and super friendly. Have been going here regularly for more than a year. Prices are reasonable and they endeavour to treat your hair properly, not skim money off you. Absolutely love the bunch here!

Not many people understand how to properly review a barbershop and give negative reviews just from one bad cut they got, I've been here for nearly 2 years with getting a cut every month. There were some non-perfect cuts I got in the beginning, but it's your responsibility to tell them how you want your hair to be done and ask the risks of bleaching for example. Over the years, the barbers kindly listened to me and were always trying their best to suit my needs. In the end, they give an amazing cut that suits my style every time, and I still go there as of now.
They need to learn English language, they don't understand, ruined my hair,and she got angry and wouldn't listen,and just kept cutting in anger, never recommend or go back.
