Disappointing...
I went for a perm and wanted big curls. After the perm, my curls already went flat. They said after I wash it ll be ok and don't shampoo within 3 days. After 2 weeks, almost all my curls were gone. I could hardly tell the difference in my hair from 2 weeks ago compared to after the perm. I rang them up and went there a second time to get it fixed. They agreed to do it but had to look at my hair condition. They said they had to do hair treatment for me to protect my hair. It was $107. The manager claimed it was because of my hair condition that my curls went flat, not because it was their fault for doing a poor job. They claimed because I had coloured hair and some strings of grey hair, they aren't able to do big curls. What a load of excuse! I'm not a professional hairdresser but that is an odd excuse. Overall, very disappointing. If they did a good job the first time, I wouldn't need to come back a second time to do treatment, would I? Paid over $300 for a simple hair perm that is unfinished. I walked away today with small tight curls...
