When I first moved to Houston, I knew absolutely nothing about the city so looking for housing was confusing and overwhelming. Thankfully, I made contact with David Rainey at Bamboo Realty and he was able to find exactly the home and neighborhood I was looking for within weeks!

David took the time to get to know my needs and interests to find a perfect home for me. He was very patient, attentive, and responsive - extending himself to meet me at late hours to see houses after work. After a little searching, I found a wonderful duplex in a beautiful area near Rice Village and have been extremely happy ever since. He even negotiated my pet fee with the landlord to a more affordable figure.

I feel like David is a true advocate for his customers and works not stop to ensure they find the right place. Even after signing the lease and moving in, David has kept in contact with me - he even sent me a Christmas card from his family!
