They take pretty good care of the animals there it seems, but also seem to have a huge habit of adopting one dog to multiple people, adopting found dogs that have been reclaimed by their owners to another person, and never, ever, ever answering there phones or returning calls. I signed for adopting two dogs, and they failed to let me know one of them was already adopted until I arrived at pick up time, and they double adopted the dog I did end up getting as well. Mind you, I was the one who found them in the first place and made it very clear that I wanted them should no one reclaim them. I called everyday and never got a clear answer, and when I visited they failed to walk me through the adoption process correctly. In the end they offer nothing more than legalities and half-a** apologies. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
