We have hosted our website on Webmedley for over three years and their interface and templates are dated, their attention to detail missing, and customer service inaccessible. You call, leave a message and nobody calls you back. This is not just once but 50% of the time. For three years I have been trying to get them to change the default font color on the blog from light blue or grey (which cannot be read it is so light) to traditional "black." Nothing done. Random text shows up on our page that we cannot edit. Sometimes it appears to be stray from another site and sometimes from their own advertising messages. They are also, as you will find out, much to expensive for the service they provide.
