I brought my car in to the collision center on Monday just to get an estimate on the cost of repairs. That experience was quick and easy. After this the insurance company company handling my repairs needed the estimate to be uploaded and sent to her. On Tuesday I called to ask if it had been sent. They told me they would do it by the afternoon. By Thursday it had not been done. When I called to ask why it had not been done the man (Scott from collision) on the phone was really rude and made up an excuse and said, "Well we have cars here that haven't been touched for a week" . WELL EXCUSE ME But that is not my problem. Get yourself some more staff if that's the case.. I only brought my car in for a quote.. Don't tell a customer you're going to do something and not do it.
