BUYER BEWARE with their used car area!!!!!!!!!!!! If you buy a used car from them, just remember that the sticker is about $2k more than what they are asking for. They are charging a $1500 Recondition fee. Yep, the classic bait and switch. I am sure for those that finance, they are able to con people into accepting saying that it amounts to $10 a month, but we were paying cash and it was a crock.

For full disclosure, I bought 2 cars from them 4 years ago and that was not a part of their business model. Our experience even then wasn't the greatest as they kept giving us the run around with our trade-ins. The only reason I went back was because my wife really wanted another Acura and they had a large selection.

In addition to the recondition fee, they will charge more for some other windshield and paint fees. That made negotiating with them almost difficult because when I wanted them to come down off the high price of the car by $2500, they kept saying they couldn't come down $5000 due to their other fees.

Not to mention the sales manager kept grilling me about everything I didn't like about the other cars they tried showing me. I told him the transmission was not smooth on one, he tried saying that is normal and they inspect the cars. Then he wanted me to describe it for him. I told him to go drive the damn car himself. All in all, they wasted hours of our day.

We left and went to another dealership and immediately purchased a much nicer, and newer Acura MDX. They gave us more on trade, we paid cash, and we were on our way in just over an hour.

Buyer Beware!!!!!!! This is my third bad experience with Mac Churchill. The other being a service issue in which they tried to pressure my wife into unnecessary repairs. All told, this business is a crock. How can such a great brand like Acura actually allow them to stay in business?
