I ve now called 2x a day for 3 days and each time ...

I ve now called 2x a day for 3 days and each time I ve waited about 7 minutes without anyone answering before I finally gave up and hung up. If they can t answer their phone what else are they doing wrong. Terrible impression already and I ve never set foot in the place let alone even talked to anyone. Very disappointing.
