Dispatch quoted $89 emergency fee, which was more than reasonable. Technician Ronnie arrives with a really bad attitude and tells me it's $89 plus $129 service fee which dispatch didn't mention. Technician was extremely rude and condescending; said dispatch reads from a script and implied I was lying. When I told him I didn't feel good about how this was going, he raised his voice and said "I risked my life to get here." I asked him to leave my house because I was uncomfortable with the service I was being provided.
