Good afternoon. How are you ?

I have recently purchased a thermador wall oven, micro wave, warmer, 36 gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, hood fan, and also washer & dryer. All appliances were delivered on the day we requested. We noticed after the delivery that the delivery company had damaged our staircase when brining the washer and dryer up the stairs. We called your customer service dept. & they had told me to call the delivery company, they said it was not there job. I fought back and they said they said they will would call and to expect a call from the delivery company. We did receive a call that they would be coming by, but they never came. It took 4 calls to your company to get him there to fix the problem, he arrived there today march 22nd. Please keep in mind we received the appliances in the spring of 2015. Another issue we had was that the hood fan made a clanking noise when put on a high speed. The first service man was sent and he basically told us that the motor was the incorrect one for that unit and there was nothing he could do. We called your customer again because we were not satisfied with his answer, he also basically said that thermador did not know what they were doing by using that motor on that hood fan. Another service man was sent out after a few more calls were made and he said that there was nothing wrong with it and we had to live with the noise it made when turning off and on. This is not the answer I would expect to hear, when we spent tens of thousands of dollars. We called your customer service dept. again to complain but they said it was beyond them. I than asked to speak to the customer service supervisor. After a 15 min wait the customer service manager finally came to the phone, she is a brutal and a poor example for the rest of her department. I had asked her if someone in her office could meet me there to explain to me why this noise in normal. She said she could not and that we would have to call thermador. I did not buy it from thermador if I did I would call them. I bought it from appliance Canada. I finally convinced her to get another service man to come again, this was about 6-7 weeks ago, but we have still not got a call saying when they will be coming.
I invite you personally to come over and see for yourself. If you do great if not that s ok as well. I will never ever ever come back to your store for anything at any price. I am not looking for reimbursement, I just wanted to express my frustrations with your employees and your company.
