Hard lino floors. Rough towels. OldTiny TV. Soap in a wall mounted squeeze bottle. Lack of in-room dining... makes the room experience feel low quality. I believe better quality or higher luxury rooms can be had for a similar price in a similar area of singapore.
On the positive side... the staff were absolutely lovely to deal with. Restaurant food for breakfast and lunch was good.
