Last week the spring on our garage door snapped, dropping the door and trapping our cars inside. We quickly checked with a couple of local places; both had full schedules. One sent a technician out, who noted that the service clearances made it too difficult to replace the spring - we sent some phone photos to the second vendor, who said it looked too complicated, and didn't want to get involved. We then contacted Scott Jensen at Garage Doors Inc, who immediately developed a plan from the pictures, and sent his techs out the next morning! They were on time, very professional, and quickly replaced the spring and performed maintenance on the door. Outstanding customer service in all respects!!
