MY NAME IS THOMAS SPRINGER. BUYERS BEWARE OF THE $7,000.00 ADD ON WITH NO ITEMIZATION OF ADDED ON PARTS. BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK FROM TOYOTA CARLSBAD CLOSE TO $50,000 they Have the off-road suspension install from an alternate company DSA iIn San Marcos made four appointments because the tires were rubbing in different places every time I went there they give me the runaround the person wasn t here to inspect the vehicle after almost a year of complaining I brought the truck back to Toyota Carlsbad they sent it to Four-wheel-drive warehouse were supposedly they fixed it After getting the truck back and inspecting it I noticed that they trimmed off the front bumper cover which I specifically told them not to do that. after complaining a little bit they replace the front bumper cover and suggested to put smaller tires on the vehicle at that point they finally figured out that it was actually rubbing, when I bought the truck I didn t buy the truck because it had stocked tires on I bought the truck because it had a lifted and oversize tires that made the truck look overwhelming they put closest Standard size wheels which makes the truck look a lot different, took the truck back to Gus LIZALDE Complained about It, I have standard size tires on the truck his reply was you re almost drove the truck a year so I would call it a wash unacceptable what I m asking for is to have the wheels tires an add-on taken off the vehicle because it s not what I paid for. I told him there was a difference on the price of the Tires it just went in one ear and out the other, don t waste your time with this company if you want a solid warranty go to Longo it s definitely worth the drive I just purchased a Toyota Land Cruiser there it was an amazing experience you ve been worn rip off report they told me I was going to get credit for the old wheels and tires I never seen a penny I noticed on the new ad on in the window on the new vehicles. They re giving you credit for the old wheels and tires obviously people were complaining about that I bought more than 30 trucks from this location this is the first truck I had a problem with and still not happy all future purchases will definitely be at Longo
