I felt compelled to write. Being in Retail Sales Management - and - personally not having the best experiences when shopping for vehicles - I have to say that John Weldon and the staff at this dealership not only made me feel like a "human" but made the buying experience one I will never forget!

Well all have "life" .... and John made this purchase flawless! Here's the hilarious part - I NEVER stepped foot in the dealership! I heard a radio ad - contact them - and - within 4 days a New Outlander Sport was delivered to me - I didn't even test drive or "pick" - I trusted John to do his job - and a job well done!

Here's how I mentor my team.... "Make a friend before you even think about making a sale" - John - you've done just that! Cheers!
