When we went to Norwood we didn't plan on buying from there. We simply went to look. We were pleasantly surprised by our choice of furniture and by the price. We were approached by Todd. He was extremely helpful and never pushy. He was available to answer our questions but also gave us the time to look. We left the store without purchasing because we had some measuring to do at our home. Todd even offered to do the measuring for us. We returned within a few days to ask if we could take a few of the material swatches to look at it with different items in our new home. He was completely understanding and allowed us to take the swatches. We returned a few days later to make our purchase. We needed to pick out a few other items. Again, Todd was very helpful and patient. He made good recommendations for us and he never once pressured us to make a decision before we were ready. Our furniture will not arrive for several weeks which works perfect for us. The customer service at Norwood is awesome. It is clear to see why they have been in business in the same location for so many years. I highly recommend checking them out. Their prices are very comparable and the quality is very impressive. The customer service at Norwood puts them far ahead of the competition!
