My demented, elderly mother was taken over there from her long term facility after an incident at the home. Her husband nor anyone in her family were called to inform them of her condition labs, imaging, or even that she was admitted after the emergency room visit. I work for a large hospital in Philadelphia and if not for the fact that I know how to access nurses and physicians we still would be kept in the dark. I will be calling my attorney in the morning concerning this issue
