I have been dealing with this company for 8 years....

I have been dealing with this company for 8 years. Annually I go in to pay my HOA fees, and annually they're extremely rude. Admittedly, I am only dealing with the people in the front office, but it always appears like it's a major chore for them to do their job. Today the secretary rolled her eyes at her coworker when I asked for a receipt for my payment. I asked if I had done something wrong? She got my receipt (which was just soooooo annoyinggg for her) and did not respond. I was not impressed and I snatched the receipt from her very quickly and walked out. I dont have a choice in working with these folk and neither will you, but this is a very unhappy bunch.
