Very very poor! I have tried to get into contact with anyone at Sourcewise for any number of concerns, both as a senior resident of Santa Clara County and as an employee working with the elderly. I have NEVER received any help that has been worthwhile! I have already written a letter to the new CEO (assuming she received it??) and never got a response.
Sourcewise and help for the elderly in Santa Clara County is awful!
Even a 1 star is too much!
