I applied there for the post of Software Engineer ...

I applied there for the post of Software Engineer having 1 and half year of experience. I had 4 continuously interviews there in a single day;
1. Written test
2. Technical Interview
3. Interaction/personality judgment with a higher manager.
4. Final interview with HR

I passed my all 3 steps and then get job offer in 4th interview with HR.

But but but.., they having little bit less salary as compared to the market. They offered less salary which i demanded and the difference was round about 20k between which they offered me and which i demanded. So, I rejected their offer. And then i judge that, their salaries are not so good, even they're not offering EOBI and Provident Fund facilities to their employees. Another thing which was not suitable for me(or for the Software Developers) that they having very strict timing from 9am to 6pm and you must have to be there till 9'o clock. (As a Software engineer, it was worst thing for me )

All my other experience was so good there. I had a great chit chat with all of them, specially with higher manager person Mr. Kashif. He was such a nice man. The internal environment of their office was also good. They had a good setup. They having a very good location. Overall, its a good software house.
