I recently engaged with a human performance company for consultation on improving my team's productivity. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing insights into their services. However, the follow-up communication was somewhat delayed, and the response time could be improved. The consultant assigned to us was knowledgeable and professional, but I felt that the strategies proposed were somewhat generic and not entirely tailored to our specific needs. The pricing was fair, but I was hoping for more flexibility in the packages offered. Overall, the experience was average.
