A budget hotel that has a strategic location close to the city center such as Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, HI Roundabout, the room is suitable for a single traveler, my first day until about 10 pm can be room 609, open the door of the room, the room smells a little musty, and the next morning I found water seeping under the sink and the air conditioner leaked, I went to the reception to tell me the problem I was having and they changed my room to stay on the same floor, in the second room I found a cobweb near the mirror, on the last night I bought eating from outside I want to borrow a bowl from the canteen clay kitchen, when I ask at the reception, one of the reception said at least buy a drink at the canteen clay, I have no problem I buy 2 juice d there and I ask to borrow a bowl, in the canteen area there a mother standing guard there, I asked for a bowl politely, I was given a small bowl like a saucepan, I asked again for a large bowl and spoon. The condition of the large bowl has been washed but it's not clean as well as the spoon so I have to wash it again. I know this is a budget hotel but it would be nice if the management improved the service quality of the staff, the reception staff were very friendly and nice, but the other staffs were very difficult to smile. Especially the mother who was in the kitchen, I have said thanks and smiled, no word came out of her mouth.
