As a new travel nurse, I knew I needed an established, reputable company. FlexCare Medical Staffing was my number one choice from the beginning since all my friends have used this company for a while. My recruiter, Kevin Babcock has been wonderful! He listens to every little detail, offers advices and literally guides me throughout the whole process that can be overwhelming! From the moment I was looking for assignments, to getting an interview, to getting the job, to finding places to stay and completing the requirements for the facility, Kevin has been on top of it! He's easy to contact, responds almost immediately, does check-ins, knows a lot of resources and remembers even little details about you. He's also very realistic and professional in his approach, which I really admire! I never felt rushed or misinformed. I sometimes wonder if the guy sleeps at all!
