I haven't even stayed at Club Qtrs in Boston yet but I'm going to review my experience so far with reservations. First of all NEVER book this hotel through Priceline. They are non-refundable even if you purchase trip protection! I could not cancel my reservation well in advance! Priceline has gone so far as to blame this hotel for not authorizing the refund. The hotel was kind enough to send me an email stating my reservations were refundable even though Priceline is telling me otherwise. So I have upgraded this to 2 stars. I will gladly update this review if I end up not being able to cancel the reservations. Let's hope if I am forced to experience the stay it will be a whopping 5 star review!
