I'm in the same boat as everyone else. Ordered a LED Christmas Tree through Amazon on Dec. 4th and it was supposed to arrive between the 10th and the 14th. Now it was supposed to arrive by the 17th. The USPS tracking number on Amazon is a false tracking number. Contacting Amazon to get a refund. Someone is making tons of money by not shipping items! Avoid like the plague at all costs!

At least refunds through Amazon is extremely easy! I guess that is the silver lining in all of this.
