Awful customer service. Accidentally ordered the wrong case. There was no option on the website to cancel my order. I emailed the customer service team straight away. The order was not dispatched for 3 days and I had not received a response. The parcel had arrived several days after when I finally received a response. My requests to return the parcel were ignored. I emailed back after Christmas with the understanding that it was a busy period. It has taken a further 10 days to receive what appears to be an automated response asking me if my issue has been resolved. It has been nearly 2 months and I am no closer to returning the parcel.
Edit: eventually PayPal requested that I send the item back to the company via tracked postage which I did. PayPal said they would credit me when they had confirmation that the parcel had been returned. After this I had a credit notice from PayPal saying even they couldn't get in touch with the company! Thank god for PayPal.
