They charge erroneous late fees even when rent is paid via ClickPay, and then ignore attempts to get in contact with them for YEARS, opting to let the fees accumulate and then hold you accountable for them. Oh, and a whole bunch of tenants in one of their buildings are suing them for shoddy and unsafe construction that s making people physically sick. Enough said.
