I had fiber internet installed yesterday. The crew that visited my home was very professional, concerned about my desires and did a great job in virtually no time. I quickly and easily connected all the devices in our home to new, blazing speed internet. Our children were thrilled, having a whole new genre of games opened to their use ("online games"). After streaming with Hulu, I thought, "Wow, maybe Hulu's new, higher price is worth it (Jade should get kick-backs from Hulu!)" ... all straight up SHARPEST picture with zero buffering, skipping all commercials now near instantly. However, I needed help today to connect specialty devices to the new, hi-speed fiber.

I called tech support (Saturday morning) and detailed my problems. They said a tech would call by Monday at the latest; Josh, the tech, called within an hour or two (still Saturday, before noon). He totally held my hand, walking me thru the brainy stuff that I couldn't do on my own. Specialty devices solved / connected to the "true juice, now!" Josh was friendly and patient, while also examining our entire household's connected devices to ensure each device had maximum signal reception for optimum fiber internet service.

Update, 12/8/2020: Adjusted from 5 stars to 3 stars because while the specialty devices I mentioned above are receiving a strong signal, something about the Jade Comms router (fiber) functions differently than the router we had with SECOM (wireless). The SECOM service worked flawlessly with these devices .... while Jade's service only permits the devices to work sporadically at best :(
