I recently bought my third mountain bike with Mack Cycle and walk away with a smile from ear to ear. The first 2 were with other shops and didn't have the same buying experience like i did with Mack Cycle. I called and spoke with Jennifer told her about the bike i wanted. I went to see the bike on Thursday to make sure i was getting a sweet deal and badass bike. She was very helpful and informative on the bike and the different buying options i had. Thank god i was able to go the next day it was a smooth transaction with great customer service. Took the bike on Markham park and Virgina key trails and hasn't let me down great assembly by the Mack Cycle team. Overall great experience. Thank you.
